Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Stay Pretty Doll Co. Please review our shipping guidelines below before placing your order. 

1. Important Note on Pre-Orders

-Pre-Order Drop: This specific collection consists of pre-order items. 

-Production & Fulfillment Time: Unlike standard inventory, these items require an extended manufacturing and handling period before they are ready to ship. 

2. Order Processing Time

-Once pre-order items are manufactured and ready to ship, standard orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). 

-You will receive a notification email with active tracking details as soon as your order leaves our facility. 

3. Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following domestic shipping methods at checkout. Please note that delivery times are in addition to the 2-4 business day processing window:

-Standard Shipping: Delivers within 7 business days (Free on orders over $100).

-Express Shipping: Delivers within 4 business days. 

4. Order Tracking

-When your label is printed, a tracking number is emailed directly to you.

-Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking status to update on carrier website. 

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

-If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3-5 days of delivery at info@stayprettydollco.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
